The flagship of the BSH Group, the new Luponax BioMedical production site (€3.7million investment) will feature an 850 m² white room compliant with ISO standards 5 and 7, a white room for assembly, gravimetric and granulometric analysis within a lab environment.
LUPONAX BIOMEDICAL is a specialist in white room plastic injection production for the medical and pharmaceutical industries.
LUPONAX PLASTIC has an inventory of new, high-performance machines: 30-tonne to 100-tonne presses specially designed for white room injection of precision parts for the medical and pharmaceutical industries.
The machines are installed in an ISO 7 (Class C) and ISO 8 (Class D)-compliant white room. The white room is subject to real time control by various pieces of equipment connected to monitoring software.
The properties of the white room are monitored using the SPC method, according to the areas of activity.
