Groupe BSH | Laboratory

Infiplast Biomedical is equipped with a new-generation analysis lab for the inspection of medical devices:

  • Gravimetric and granulometric analyses. These analyses are used to determine the weight of the surface contamination of parts but also their size and colour to ensure batch compliance with customer specifications.
Subsequent to the analysis, a control report is delivered, indicating whether the batch is compliant or not.

  • Validation of parts cleaning (installation qualification, operational qualification and performance qualification) as per ISO 17025:2006.

Cast moulding:

• Robotised insert moulding
• Manual insert moulding
• Elastomer moulding
• Dual-material

The IML process

The IML (In-Mould Labelling) process allows labels to be printed on a polypropylene film, ready to be moulded on to containers of all forms. This type of printing makes them more resistant to cold, humidity, scrapes and scratches. Lastly, this process satisfies the most stringent environmental standards, as its components (inks, varnishes) are fully recyclable.

Assembly process:

• Mirror welding
• US welding
• Assembly and automatic control station
• Automated assembly
